An interactive Zoom presentation showing you how to perform at your best. 'Perform' can mean to compete or it can mean to carry out a task. 
I will cover what happens in your brain when you feel under pressure and what you can do to gain control.
The lessons learned can apply to any level of rider.
Our first session will be approximately 1.5 hours with a follow up in a week for a chance to catch up and discuss your progress.
